Refunds
We hope that you love your product. We are sorry to say but we do not accept any refunds. We will gladly exchange if you find damage to a product on arrival. We can offer you a shop credit which can be used on any full-priced item.
Exchanges will only be allowed if a product is returned in its original packaging, hasn’t been damaged or worn and all tags are still intact. An Exchange needs to be requested within 10 days of purchase. All courier costs regarding the return will be charged for your own account. Sale, end of season or sample items will not be exchanged.
Delivery
Your product will be delivered within in the Gauteng region within two - four weeks after we have received your payment. We do offer delivery out side of Gauteng. Should we have stock available delivery will take place in 3 business days.
Assemble
Your product will be delivered assembled. You will only be required to attached the cone legs. Please calm down! this is not rocket science - Once your removed your product from our beautiful packaging you will find the instruction and everything you need to complete your product.
